^^^ Yes it is. I get that glitch sometimes, where it is just a language hierarchy like that instead of a mod or even dialogue.

I still haven't figured out why these tags are usable by anyone else but mods. If it's a technical issue, I hope DE didn't pay anything for this new forum.

No, it is a glitch in the code, that's all.. If you have an incubator, you will find the same bug there.

It will be hotfixed eventually.

I'm pretty sure it has to do with technical stuff. Cuz I don't see anyone saying: Let's make tags available so we can cause confusion over whether or not people can use them

A couple hundred dollars, more if they are using the pages add-on.
