AtoKitsune Posted April 26, 2016 Share Posted April 26, 2016 (edited) It's a bug that occurs when switching to different loadouts that use different frames than the one you're currently using while out of the orbiter. It'll happen inside the relay too. You can even get this bug to put helmets of different warframes onto warframes they're normally incompatible with.
