Has the tile been changed recently? I ask because I've run that mission at least a hundred times, and last night for the first time, I can across a room I've never seen before. 

I neglected to take a screenshot but it looks like a hanger with a large window/opening  out into space.

That is just an old tileset.

It spawns rarely on the Grineer Galleons. You were just lucky enough to see it. :3

I know which room you mean, it's a hangar for those smaller Grineer Craft (possibly Troop Transports?). it often appears on sabotages with the Last Mining Machine being on the upper floor  on the opposite side to where you come in. a very open room, good for sniping.
