One of my favorites to run with is Ivara, Rakta Cernos, whatever secondary (sometimes Azima, Staticor), and Glaive Prime.

Nice. I can imagine that the fire rate on the Rakta Cernos with Ivara is quite entertaining.

Savage Banshee is tremendous fun if you like being inches from death at all times while still being extremely powerful. Build for low duration, medium range, good strength, high efficiency. use savage silence and sonic fracture, run around with a melee weapon spamming silence and hitting bigger units with your number one before ground finishing them. It's all about rushing headlong into groups of enemies with a disturbingly squishy frame and somehow managing to kill them all through sheer aggressiveness.

Or try this: take an inaros and a skana (or prisma skana) to T4 survival. Play solo. Here's the catch: take ALL the mods off of your inaros, even your aura. Then see how far you can get. (make sure to get bright purity for your skana, and you might want to bring medi-ray. Bring an Arcane Grace if you have one.)

You can try melee-only ember: build for very high range and use Firequake, then equip a melee with fast attacks and ground finishers. I like to call this build "ice-patch ember" because the enemies look like they keep slipping on a patch of ice. (power strength isn't as important for this one because you are meleeing anyway.)

If you prefer feeling overpowered, just bring the sobek to a mid-level corpus or infested mission and use Acid Shells. Or the Jat kitty with vulcan blitz. Those mods are crazy fun to use.

Here's another one: Play as valkyr and equip the obex or some other fast-hitting fist or sparring weapon. Build for strength and duration and some range. Then use your number 2 and 3 while meleeing. Here's the catch: NEVER use your hysteria. Hysteria is a fun-killing ability, it makes valk boring to play. Just pretend you don't have a number 4. Just remember to put life strike on your melee, and use hold to channel instead of toggling it.

Yep, and the energy from the Syndicate proc constantly powers Prowl. The Glaive uses Quick Return and Power Throw to explode with stealth bonus, headshot multiplier, and headshot bonus from Prowl. Kills pretty much everything an hour into T3/4 Survival even with armor.

So many different builds I'll have to try them all out! On the Inaros + Skana, would you still mod the Skana?

You could also control the Glaive with your 2 right?

Yes. The goal is to murder lots of stuff while still being at great risk. You can get the same feeling by going an hour and a half with a real build, but this lets you start the fun immediately. The purpose of the skana is to make you work a bit for kills, but also to serve as a vehicle for bright purity, which is the syndicate mod for the skana. You see, that mod gives you the purity syndicate effect which heals you for a percentage of max health. This will help keep you alive and let you go a little farther, but it will only work if you kill a *lot*. So it motivates you to move fast and kill faster, because you can't take too many hits and you don't have shields.

Of course, if that turns out to be too easy, then take the syndicate mod off. You can still heal yourself through finishers and abilities, but those often take a bit longer to do. The first time I did this I used the broken war, and it was fun to be more worried about my ability to stay alive than my ability to kill. But broken war is powerful, and I want to turn the first half hour of T4 survival into something more like the third half hour, if you get my meaning.

My plan is to do an un-modded inaros + MK1-Braton T4 survival very soon. But I don't quite have my MK1-Braton at the level I want it yet. Soon, though. Soon.

Nice. Maybe an mk1-bo would work too?

Max speed and max tankiness, no powers.

What frame would you use for this?

As far as builds I use for personal enjoyment (as opposed to because this mission needs a specific setup)...

Braton Prime - Serration, Split Chamber, Shred, Primed Ammo Mutation, 4xCorrosive

Dex Sybaris - Serration, Split Chamber, Shred, Argon Scope, Point Strike, Vital Sense, 2xCorrosive (Pure)

Karak Wraith - Serration, Split Chamber, Metal Auger, Primed Ammo Mutation, 3xCorrosive (Pure,Pure,Dual), 1xCold (Dual)

Rubico - Serration, Split Chamber, Shred, Primed Fast Hands, Point Strike, Vital Sense, 2xCorrosive (Pure)

Akstilleto - Hornet Strike, Barrel Diffusion, Lethal Torrent, Seeker, 3xCorrosive (Dual,Dual,Pure), Primed Ammo Mutation

Azima - Hornet Strike, Barrel Diffusion, Lethal Torrent, Primed Ammo Mutation, 4xCorrosive

Mesa - Corrosive Projection, Power Drift, Constitution, Intensify, Stretch, Primed Continuity, 4/5 Fleeting Expertise, Streamline, Vitality, Redirection

Zephyr - Corrosive Projection, Lightning Dash, Primed Continuity, Rush, Vitality, Redirection, Transient Fortitude, Stretch, Constitution, Jet Stream

Ivara - Corrosive Projection, Lightning Dash, Stretch, Vigor, Constitution, Intensify, Primed Flow, 4/5 Fleeting Expertise, Streamline, Primed Continuity

^with Serration, Split Chamber, Shred, Heavy Caliber, Point Strike, Vital Sense, 2xCorrosive (Pure) on an alt build for Dex Sybaris for Artemis Bow

And I'm leaving out the stuff that was maxed due to endgame viability, but still enjoy using, such as the three major league shotguns. So many formas, and I constantly need more...

Sure! The idea is to keep pushing yourself. Try to see how much you can nerf yourself and still make it 30 minutes. Challenge yourself. You're a freakin ninja, for god's sake. You don't need a Tonkor to murder some corrupted. The truly challenging missions all take hours, but we can *make* challenging missions out of easy ones.

I completely forgot about the Azima.  10 spinning turrets in a tight corridor is great.

Alright, thanks for the advice. Making the missions challenging makes them feel more rewarding.

Inaros built for range and duration. Desiccate huge crowds and take your time executing each one. He'll never die.

A stealth Limbo is great fun to play.

Haven't used Ivara yet, but I can see being an invisible sniper being amazingly enjoyable, especially guiding your bullets through multiple enemies with a punch through mod. Or just putting everyone to sleep all the time and waltzing through levels casually murdering at will.

Why not mix that last point with another idea - Spin around in a circle before shooting (in honor of your name, of course)

Thanks. It's good to get a little more clarification.

Because that's horrible and dizzying. Also, fun fact, I hate CoD. My handle came from enemies in a game called Risk of Rain.

You're right. Still, mad respect for the name.

Loki Need for Speed...

You should replace that Mobilize with one of the four rare parkour mods, go from +20% to +24.2%.

If I didn't use all 3 configs, I'd try this out just to see how fast it is...
