RATed - Banned - Cant access Support?

Hey Guys, so basiclly i got RAT'ed like 2 days ago, so i (obviously) reinstalled Windows, after that BS i wanted to play Warframe again, but then i saw i am Banned for whatever Reason (I have no Idea), so i wanted to contact Support. But when i want to Submit a Request on Warframe's Zendesk, i click Login, i am logging myself in and i am automaticlly logged out. What can i do? I just want to play Warframe again ,_,

If you unable to contact support and nothing else help you may pm or twitt about your problem to DE stuff directly, lots of them have their own twitters

If you're having trouble logging into the website, try deleting your cookies from warframe.com and then restarting your browser.

If it still won't let you contact Support.... not sure what your next move would be.
