Have you tried recently? 2.) Have you played the starmap through to the point where you would normally have access to Kela's boss node? 0 Tomppak Posted May 6, 2016 Share Posted May 6, 2016 The issue is solved - You need to play through the starmap (something like 4-6 missions, I think) to "reach" Kela's node. Then she drops the nav segment upon defeat. Tested this yesterday, and it works - didn't work before I had completed the missions to legitimately reach her.
