This mod is called "Soma Critaata". Not only does this name sound ridiculously silly and made up, its also the mod i assumed i wouldnt get because everyone is foaming at the mouth about it. I think so....but soma critaata (funnily enough) was in a youtubers video explaining why the system was poorly thought out, especially when the soma (which is not really an underused weapon) could get a theoretical mod like mine with straight upgrades to damage and crit when actually underused weapons get thrash stats.
