Skins are skins. @OP DE has said EVERYTHING will get PBR eventually. It's a very very VERY long process that takes a lot of time. Goal of PBR is to make material physically accurate. In normal case, values of IOR, roughness, shininess can be measured, here you work on fictional materials.
