DE employees are recognizable with their [DE] prefix in their alias or yellow mention "Warframe Staff" on their profile, but contacting them via PM must be avoided as much as possible: they are very busy people, and any interaction for minor/personnal reasons are just slowing down their work for the development of the game. So use PMs only for global or sensitive matters, like global down of the servers, loss of functionnalities for all the players in certain circumstances, etc. Any requests, feedback, informal conversation via PM will be ignored and may lead to warnings for Spam and Abusive Behavior.
