DE/TENNO Help me

I cant access main website warframe and update the game with my home internet access... But i can access the website with my mobile internet access.. 

Have i got banned?  And why? 

I tried to ping warframe.com is request time out

What should must i do?? Have any one get the same problem??

Log out of your mobile phone and retry..

Or log out from the forums and re-try logging in

Your router's probably blocking it for some reason. Try restarting/resetting it.

Also, @AndroMax, I would recommend restarting your ISP's modem (cable or otherwise) by unplugging it for a minute and plugging it back in. Also, it wouldn't hurt to set your DNS server addresses on your router or modem to Google's DNS, with the IP 8.8.8.8 for primary and 8.8.4.4 for secondary DNS.
