Is Sonar able to buff EVs Damage?

EV is based solely on Trinity's power strength so only an ability that increases power strength ( like Equinox's Provoke ) could increase the energy output of EV

What about the augments like Venom Dose and such?

The Damage from EV can be increased by Sonar if you aim in the right spaces-I've seen myself one-shotting sonar ridden enemies with EV, but the energy output will remain the same. I believe you can test this out yourself if you run into the simulacrum with banshee, cast sonar-make sure the enemies are coated, and quickly swap to Trinity to cast EV.

I haven't tested it myself but these augments increase the damage output not the frame's power strength as far as i know
