Vor's Prize?

So after the most recent update, Specters of the Rail, I go to the Starchart and to complete the Venus Junction I need to finish Vor's Prize, apparently. Well, the quest is nowhere to be seen in my Codex, and apparently it was a quest from first logging into the game. I've idea how I can re-obtain this quest. Any help?

hope they put Vor's Prize Quest BP to Counter this problem..

Same issue here. I chose to skip it when they released it (it's the tutorial quest in case you didn't know) and now I can't complete the venus junction.
