Just keep in mind that invites cannot be sent out to those already in a clan.

 

Also noticed some people have had clan invites disabled in their game options.

there's a link to enter your details, as well as a queue to see how many people are on it. 
make sure your clan invite is not set to nobody; mine was, and i just changed it from the game options.

For the moment, we're currently only on PC, but it looks like Digital Extremes will be adding cross-platform clans at some point in the near future.

Once that is implemented, we'll be able to send out invites to people from all platforms.

Sure, but it says you are already in a clan. You'd have to leave it first before the game allows invites to be sent.
