Buying syndicate weapon or mod

Hello is it possible to buy or trade syndicate weapon or mod when the player has mastery rank 6 and havent start any syndicate quest or mission?

Mods yes. Weapons you have to be MR12+ for the primary

while you can for the secondary at MR6

that depends, yes you can get mods via trading. secondary weapons have a mr requirement of 6 so youll be able to get them aswell. but primary syndicate weapons have an mr requirement of 12 so you wont be able to trade them.

You can buy or trade for Syndicate Augments as soon as you're MR 2 and can Trade at all. Those aren't Mastery-locked.

To get a Syndicate Secondary you need to be MR 6 and have a free Arsenal slot.

You don't need to have joined a Syndicate to access anything via Trade either.

Thank you forvall the answer, any idea about the tax it required?

A lot of new stuff has been added since last time I play 2 years ago haha glad I revisit this game. Hopefuly they will keep adding new content.
