Anyone know how to map item ids to name?

Referring to http://content.warframe.com/dynamic/worldState.php

I am in the process of making a personal tool that will notify me when certain alerts are up.

Eg: the ones that have rewards that I want. I know there is already websites out there that do it, but I am interested in attempting it myself.
I was wondering if anyone has any idea how to map the Item ids such as 

' /Lotus/Types/Items/Research/EnergyComponent '   to something more meaningful, such as 'Fusion Core' etc

For instance: I can see that  /Lotus/Weapons/Tenno/Melee/Dagger/DarkDagger   would logically mean 'Dark Dagger' but that requires a little human understanding.

Is there a language file or something that does this mapping? 
I've checked github - where there is some data dumps - wont paste a link - in case thats against the rules.

Really I am just stuck on the 'making it human friendly' part of this project.

You do realize that you can use the nexus app and that will allow you to sort what alerts pop up. I have it set up to notify me for all alerts except credit alerts. You can't get super specific with it like every bp except for say dark dagger.

Check the language files. Non-english translations need a mapping, it stands to reason they do english the same way.

This site is pretty much the best for alerts, and it can play a sound to notify you as well.
