Cap on void traces? - Bug or Intentional

So I finished a Intact Axi k1 relic with my mate and at the end I got 35 void traces. I thought the range of void traces you could get was in between 6-30 (Source: http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Void_Traces) So I was surprised, did they change it or is this a bug? My friend picked my reward for the relic also but i thought this only gave you 1 extra void trace.

I see you have resource booster active, I believe resource boosters affect traces now.

Resource booster. I get 30-60 with booster active.

Resources booster has always affected void traces.
Its just a bit more obvious now than before.

Another tip:
Get a Smeeta Kavat.
The 2 minute buff it provides double all resources you get during those 2 minutes, so if your lucky (or very patient) its possible to collect the final reactant drop during those 2 minutes and double the trace amount.
Which stacks with the booster, for a total of x4.  I've actually gotten lucky enough to get 120 traces from a single mission due to that.
