Savage - Werewolf frame concept

Its hunt or be hunted... When danger approaches you need to go Savage....
An evolved proper frame version of Grimlock concept

Savage is a warrior that can transform into a Abomination... A creature that resembles more wolf than a humanoid being...Werewolf... A Savage bast...

Base Stats:

Health: 120
Shields: 75
Armor: 150
M.speed: 1
Energy: 120

Passive: Hunting instincts: killing an enemy with melee have a chance to give Savage a small boost to movement.

1th ability (25 energy) : Throw (25 energy)- throw a hatchet weapon into a target, cripple it down for a set duration. If the target is not killed by it on context action near the enemy, Savage will do a frontal finisher. (affected by melee mods)

2th ability (50 energy) : Hunt: Marks an enemy(s) - killing that enemy with melee will buff dmg by 30% and 1% hp reg for the next 10s, while with ranged will increase by 30% fire speed, reload and 10% parkur buff. Team buff. Killer will get 100% of the benefits while the rest 40%. Effects can't stack and cant be used as long as the beneficial effects are still working. (skills are counted as ranged attacks)

3th ability (75 energy, 20s): Adrenaline Surge: gain 200% of max HP, armor, 20 movement speed and attack speed.

4th ability (toggle 10 energy /sec) : Full moon- Transforms Savage into a Werewolf.
Passive of the ability: Gaining buff to parkur maneuvers,all attacks have higher chance to inflict bleeding. See the smell of blood and fear.
On initial cast Savage will haul. All enemies affected by the haul will flee, stagger and/or fall to the ground.
Can use weapons during Full Moon. Finishers will cause the Savage to bite his opponent - if killed by bite, it will replenish his hp by a certain amount. Additionally his other abilities will be changed to new abilities for the time of the duration:

1th. Snarl (25 energy 7s duration): a Taunt that at the same time will decrease the dmg infilled and accuracy of attacks. 
2th. Leap: (25 energy) Tap - leaps onto a target and attacks when landing. Hold- jump to designated area (visible curve like in Tonkor). Damage and range (with a cap) tied to combo counter.
3th. Bloodthirst (50 energy 12s duration): Summon a pack of wolfs (2-3) Bleeding targets gains vulnerability to wolfs attacks

Creator note: Energy, numbers, stats and timers are just numbers and are just a Representation. 
As an archetype wolfs can be changed to cats, lizards, dragons ... whatever the game or you needs :D

Next we need.. an artist to help you out. And more people to see this so that we'll evaluate and analyze what might need to be balanced or buffed so we'll make DE's jobs easier IF they want to plan for this.

I'm getting too optimistic here..
