rapt0rman
Just run up to the buttons, you'll have enough momentum to press them.

Arkvold
Carry a magnetic-damage weapon. IIRC, you can 'pop' magnetic anomalies like that with one. Just maintain a safe distance when you get rid of it.

Arkvold
Just now, Tizodd said: Oh cool. I'll have to try that next time. Thanks! Fun fact, if you didn't know; if you choose the magnetic option to resolving Reactor Sabotage missions (put a power cell into a coolant slot), you get these same kind of magnetic anomalies, and they can be popped the same way. The red magnetic anomalies in Hive Sabotage missions, however, are persistent and cannot be popped by magnetic weapons.
Tizodd
Update! Today's spy sortie: I need to get through this hallway and I forgot to bring a magnetic weapon... FTW

zehne
There were literally like 20x hallways completely blocked by the anomalies in my mission today. Didn't bring any magnetic weapons...
AkerTheSpjot
Apparently, not only magnetic damage can destroy these anomalies, but electric works as well. Also, just wondering, since I already did it and I can't seem to view the mission description, was this feature mentioned anywhere ? Because this is a very effective counter-measure, and it would kinda suck if it wasn't even hinted.
