Foundry issues

Friend gave me a rhino set so I built all 3 pieces and when I claimed them the bp disappeared. Where do I go to submit a ticket. Anyone else have foundry issues like this?

What blueprint exactly, the parts' blueprints or the main blueprint which is needed to construct the Warframe

If you don't have the main blueprint, then the items will simply be in "limbo" until you get it.

To double check, go Menu > Equipment > Inventory and sort through your tabs (I can't remember the exact one it'd be under) if you have the items, they'll appear there, fully built and waiting for the main blueprint.

To get the main BP, go to the market place and purchase it for credits.

the parts will be under miscellaneous, and they should say something like Rhino Prime Systems.  If you had the 3 orokin cells required to build the main bp, then it should show in your foundry as ready to build. if not, then check and see if you have the cells needed.

Once you claim all three rhino parts, they will show up under your main rhino prine blueprint in the foundry.

The blueprints for the 3 parts can inly be used once. You'll need another blueprint for the neuroptics/systems/chasis if you want to craft them again.

If you're wondering where a the parts went, they're still in your inventory but will remain useless unless you have a main Rhino Prime Blueprint to build the frame.

If the main blueprint actually disappeared after crafting the 3 parts, maybe restart or contact support.
