ODD Extraction Mission Failure

Just to clarify, this was as of five minutes prior to posting.

So I joined into a random ODD 20 wave mission for some nano spores and a bit of XP. Upon reaching Wave 20, the key holder and host chose Battle while myself and the two other squad mates chose Extract; upon which we got the "Mission Failed" screen. Definitely didn't quietly receive the rewards as well, as my Endo did not increase and neither did my Nano Spore count. All three of us who left experienced the same problem and received no rewards.
