Yep. She doesn't have to worry about ammo. My problem is that there isn't a good weapon that I would want to use that is good with the ideal set up.

Also, no fixes about the lantern floating away? Or not being able to case it on a Spellbound enemy? Really the ability is going to be crap until these are fixed. Even if it just lifts the enemy up like Energy vampire it will be infinitely better.

@(PS4)LoisGordils Bastille isn't affected by Line of Sight. :l

Bastille is area denial, a literal net on the ground that enemies have to walk into or throw it on top of enemies. Apples and oranges comparison.

You're right, one controls how enemies more and the other controls how enemies move.

Bastille caps out at ~35 enemies at maximum Power Strength, 12 at 100% Power Strength. Lantern effects as many enemies as can fit in it's radius, deals (fairly significant even at moderate levels) damage and can be moved around manually by kicking the Lantern target around and has a better default range (20m "attraction" radius vs 10m). If you go full CC, at maximum Range you can effect a 50m radius. The Lantern would have to float REAL far away for that to become a problem, and you can kick it up into the air so more enemies have LoS on it.

One controls enemy behavior while the other controls enemy mobility.

Also correct, though they serve functionally the same role (with Lantern being a bit more finicky for being able to do damage/a bit more flexibility)

Would you say that the 254 power strength build is the most viable for endgame/highest level play?

Don't focus on the power strength, the take away is how to mod your primary weapons to the best ability.  The power strength was just so that I'm not lying to you guys since it does impact the performance in the simulcron vids.

@Snowbluff yes about Seeking fury, but for it's punch through and reload,  2 very good reasons to put it on Tigris P.  The punch through still benefits Dex Pixia alot and the reload somewhat.

Maybe you can go over the math on number and strength of stat procs using Shotguns (225 or 255% damage, 120% multishot) versus rifles (330% damage, 90% multishot, 30% firerate).

Okay, nevermind that sounds like rifles will be better. D:

Ever so slightly, so at that point best to decide if you like Tigris or Braton more.

EDIT:

So I tested Tigris P out, and it was pretty much as expected;

  • Performed very well but...
    • Difference between Seeking Fury and Shred was apparent (30% fire rate is ~~30% dps loss)
    • Difference between Vicious Spread and Heavy caliber (90% base damage vs 165%) <---Big impact on slash damage procs and base damage (~~20% difference)
    • While Hells chamber has 120% multishot vs Split chambers 90%, that doesn't make up the difference between the two above

Tested with different mod combos on Tigris Prime(4 elementals, replacing seeking fury with blaze, etc):

  • Problem is that adding in more elementals (blazes 60%) dilutes the slash procs.
    • Since a 4th 60% elemental  raises the status chance, it was overall a damage gain since there was still a net gain of procs and the up-front damage was increased
      • But as mentioned in earlier posts, you can still do this with a Braton P if you don't want punchthrough
  • Even though Blaze adds to base damage (and the size of slash procs) since it's adding together with Primed Point Blank and Viscous Spread the base damage increase is small(~~16% more).  The added fire damage dilutes the proc rate of slash (and fire dots don't stack so it's wasted on a high status weapon really).
    • Without doing the math, felt like a 4th elemental was a higher damage gain than Blaze is.

Basically in a nutshell:

  • Rifle Mods are better for her Dex Pixia than Shotgun mods.
    • Don't need Primed mods either
  • If you don't have a rifle that is 'decent' with her Dex Pixia modding, Tigris P modded 'properly' is the next best thing (also good if you don't plan on only killing in Razorwing, since Tigris P is much more efficient than Braton P at dispatching enemies).

Tigris Prime:

Spoiler

125 Corrupted bombard vs Titania Razorwing
254 Power strength + Energy Conversion( 304 )
Primed Point Blank, Vicious Spread, Hells Chamber, Sweeping Serration, Seeking Fury, 3 60% elementals (viral/electric)
