Equinox power efficiency problem.

Hello guys :D

So I got Equinox today, as I was trying to make a build for him, I notices something really weird. There seems to be a problem with power efficiency and how it affects the maim drain. Fleeting Expertise seems to have no effect by itself. Once I add Streamline as well, it seems to work, with both maxed reaching 0.88 energy drain.  But, if the Streamline it is not maxed, even though the the efficiency is at 175%, it only goes down to 2.19. Is this a bug, or is this how it is supposed to work on Equinox?

Duration has an effect on the drain of Mend/Maim and other such abilities with passive drains.

Using Fleeting Expertise on its own will do nothing to improve the drain rate.

Thanks. I tested with duration mods and that seemed to be the problem. 

As a side note, what would you recommend to build her around for Maim? Efficiency or Duration?

Use this for future reference. You would understand further how these abilities are affected by Duration and Efficiency mods.Also, do note that you should expect additional energy drain if you're using her 3rd and 4th skills simultaneously. Just covering all bases. Hope this helps.

A Build for Maim for higher levels needs max range and capped toggle  efficiency ( balance between efficiency and duration)

Some breakpoints for minimum drain:

175% Efficiency & 100% Duration

190% Efficiency & 40% Duration (still ~decent for Rest, actually)

130% Efficiency & 280% Duration (not really a great choice because you want Range)

Personally, I like 180% Efficiency and 78% (well, 77.5%, really) Duration
[R5 Streamline, R4 Fleeting Expertise, R10 Transient Fortitude & Primed Continuity]
which is close enough to minimum drain for me :D
