The one thing I don't understand

Why is this a thing? It's been years, and, as far as I can tell, everyone's fine with this. Why? What am I missing, here? This, to me, is incredibly annoying. For me to use Sentinels WITH their weapons, I have to give them MY mods. Kubrows and Kavats don't have this limitation! I'd like at least Sentinel exclusive mods, or allow Sentinels to use my mods without restricting my own. I'm just not sure if many people really care, but I do.

You're not alone i find it annoying as well  that it's still a thing i would be modding my sentinel weapons if that is not a thing as i see the potential but if i were to do that i would have to farm all the pistol rifle shotgun whatever... i have to farm every single one of them again even the dual stat mods as well in case same goes for acolyte mods that can work with the specific damage type if it's supported on sentinel weapons now i think about it i might brainstorm a quality of life change i never thought about until now

I just have a second set of mods for them.

This message still pops out because somehow they still try to use the same mod, but i just click "auto resolve" and that does it.

But yes, sentinels need their own mods.

Nobody is fine with this. There is at least 3 threads about this each month. Same exact people all the time.
