I did get charged from steam however, which is clear scamming. And it's uncommon but a time gap of a few minutes to a few hours may occur while the payment info is verified. Also if you really want a refund since it was bought via steam its the steam support that will handle the refund. If you platinum is not in your account by tomorrow please message customer support and create a ticket for further assistance.
