Did not receive my Platinum.

Question

I recently spent 5$ on this game via steam wallet and it's been 20+ minutes and I haven't gotten anything. I did get charged from steam however, which is clear scamming. Either refund my money or give me my 75 platinum

Forums are not the place for these type of complaints, the support system is. And it's uncommon but a time gap of a few minutes to a few hours may occur while the payment info is verified. Also if you really want a refund since it was bought via steam its the steam support that will handle the refund.

Depending on your payment option it can take a while til the platinum shows up in your account, normally it should be minutes but there have been cases where it took longer than expected. 

If you platinum is not in your account by tomorrow please message customer support and create a ticket for further assistance. Remember support does not work on weekends so they will get to you on Monday. Locking.
