Enemy jumping in Index is obnoxious, reasons here

Their jumping from one platform to another is not wrong by itself but the speed and wierd disrespect for laws of physics is what makes it obnoxious and boring, its almost like a quick teleportation, there should be an easing when the unit reaches the highest point of their jump and before they start falling towards their target, because jumps are an interactive gameplay mechanic that should encourage the player to predict the jump travel curve giving them an entertaining interaction, instead hands-wise the enemy jumping required twitch aim correction.

Agree, all NPCs have this amazing ability to jump so fast it looks like a teleport.

For one thing it doesn't look intuitive, for another thing they make us look like clowns that keep overshooting their target. What's more, it makes it difficult to track them even though they're just moving from one point to another.

You made a good point sir. I completely agree the jump ability possessed by Azoth and Lackjow & Sow is completely out of proportion. Instead of making the jump has longer airborne time however, I would argue give them an easily observable pre-jump animation with a 1 second or so duration, to allow Tenno to prepare their aim or maneuver.
