Amarsir
If you're going to keep putting sabotage missions in the fissure rotation, either improve the enemy spawn or vastly improve the reactant drop rate. It's way too frequent that one or more people only have 7 reactants and we run around empty rooms for 5 minutes before giving up.
That1Cactus
There's an easy solution to this problem. Insert the coolant cell into the main reactor to do the defending portion and enemies/reactant will spawn much much more often.

Azrael
The real problem is people spawning in after everyone else has 8 or 9 reactant and you're almost done with the mission. Then that one person has to run around desperately looking for reactant while we all wait, and then eventually they just say "nevermind, it's not gonna happen" and we leave. It means that going public is a bad idea, because you never know if you're going to be the one guy who spawns in too late to get anything.
ograzzt
I don't understand why DE do nothing about this. Sabotage fissure missions barely drop any reactants since fissure 2.0 release. It has nothing to do with slow loading on a mission or destroying core too quickly, it looks like drop chances for reactants are just much lower than in other mission types by some reason.
