Asuri Skin Pack Question

So I bought the Asuri Skin for Nova ... I DID NOT buy the Pack .. Well I didn't know the four arms were a Syandana ~
So the Question is if I buy the Pack to get the Syandana is it going to deduct the cost of the Skin that I own out of the pack's price ?
and if not WHY is the Syandana not available for separate purchase ?

The arms belong to the skin, not the syandana.

The hands only appear when powers are being used.  It's the same for the vents on Nova Prime and the way they open up.

If you purchase the bundle after you've already purchased the standalone skin, you can contact support and request a refund for the standalone skin's price.

Even if it's like a month down the line ?
why the heck don't they just deduct it upon purchase

Yes, even if it's a month after. You could contract support asking of you could get a refund on the skin if you purchase the bundle of you aren't sure they'll refund it.
