All that we have been told is that is will be coming with the rework to Ash's blade-storm. It could come before or after War Within. Moved to players helping players. However, with the other THREE skins that are in progress, I wouldn't be in a rush to get it. The rework is set to come with it as well, which could put the schedule behind a bit. That wouldn't be so bad if you think about it. It would give DE time to add more content to since about 2/3 of it got released as tidbits.
