How to replay Vor's Prize if skipped the first time?

Greetings everyone,

 So, now that all Quests are replayable, how can I play Vor's Prize if I had SKIPPED it the first time it was introduced? I went to my Quests screen and the mission where Vor's Prize should have been is still blank and named "????".

As I was a returning player back when Vor's Prize was introduced, I skipped it, not wanting to lose time with a tutorial, albeit a cinematic one, yet after experiencing the fact it was not replayable, only then did I realise my mistake. But, now that Quests can be replayed, it is still not available to me?

You cant, only if you create a second fresh account

Hold it there, ONLY the second dream quest is replayable, eventually all quests will be replayable at some point

Maybe in a few decades, but so far no other quests are in progress for that. Probably The War Within will be next after they fix all the bugs, after that they have to work on Umbra quest which i can guess will take another 8/10 months. So no other re-playables for now.
