Riven Mod Refuses to Unlock

Okay so I completed the daily Sortie about and hour ago and when got a Riven Mod as a reward I open it and it gives me the requirements.

"Complete a Survival Mission with lvl 30 or higher enemies without killing anyone with a Bleeding Dragon Key equipped."

So I equip the key, grab Limbo, head to Sedna, do Selkie (Lv 30-40 Survival), and complete the mission as required, but it doesn't open, I assume I must have messed up somewhere and try again with the same results, try a third time, same thing; no I'm getting annoyed so I look on reddit and notice some people have similar mod but there's says they can't pick up health either so figure that's must be where I messed up, so I load up Ivara and do the mission, don't take single hit finish, doesn't unlock, tried three more time just to be sure, and got the same result, (link in spoiler has my most recent attempt) so am I doing something wrong or is this a bug; has anyone else run into this or similar problems? any advice would really be appreciated.

did you make sure to equip it onto a weapon...?

...now I feel stupid, didn't know they could be equipped unless they were unlocked, guess I'll go do that now

don't feel bad I made the same mistake, the game should of made a better effort to inform the player of that

Something similar is happening to me, but I equip the mod and when I leave the arsenal, the mod is automatically unequiped.
