Where's the fancy stuff

I'm new. Been playing for several days now and where is everyone getting all these fancy customization like the helmets. I can only see like two helmet options for Volt and one skin option.

As for customization, you can either buy helmets from the market for 75 platinum, or you can wait for Alerts (special missions) to arrive that offer a helmet blueprint upon completion of that mission. Helmets and skins vary upon different Warframes, which is why Volt, for example, only has two helmets and one skin.

Well the first problem is that you're on PS4, I'm pretty sure. Afaik, TennoGen gear is only available for Steam-PC accounts.

For you there should only be the Storm, Pulse, and normal helmets, with an Immortal Skin and normal skin. If you were on PC there would be the extra Volt Amp and Graxx skins, and Arrester, Relay, Amp, Graxx, and Thales helms.

As this is primarily a PC game, PC players have access to Steam, upon which there are many customization options - such as skins, helmets, etc. - which have been designed by players on the Steam Workshop and are for sale in-game. That may be why you, on PS4, do not have as many customization options as you may see on PC user's accounts.
