this Tile seems over performance budget.

this seemed like the most appropriate Section.

in this Tile, i noticed a... noticeable performance reduction, dropping Framerate under cap and also resulting in perceived Input Latency. enough that lower end systems will probably struggle in this Tile.
looking around, it seemed like the source of this was probably the lighting. each post has a separate casting light source, with rotating objects around them. some even have multiple layers of rotating objects.

because of this, the number of Light and Shadow Casts is pretty insane for a single Tile. it looks good, but perhaps there's a way to simplify the casting here to give the same look for lower cost.
