Arsenal (and other UI) hitches since TWW

Since TWW, my friends and I have been experiencing (annoyingly) bad freezes on the Arsenal, Foundry, Market and sometimes even Trading post when doing multiple trades with a person. The Arsenal in the Simulacrum works smoothly without hitches, but in the Liset / Relays / Dojo things get.... bumpy. 

Tried verifying and optimizing the caches, but still no dice.

Experiencing the same. Its especially bad when trying to change weapons by double clicking.

We just released an update for Warframe that should improve performance in the Arsenal. Can you please restart your game and take another look?

The hitching in the Liset arsenal, at least, seems to be tied to having any kind of sigil equipped on your frame. I removed the syndicate sigils on two different frames and so scrolling through my equipment stopped being irritating with just those two frames selected.

The hotfix seems to have fixed the issue, good work!

Edit : It seems that the issue will still occur when being Liset for a long period of time ~20-30 minutes
