TWW Stuck in an endless loop

So I screwed up and started the war within with  a lvl 22 Loki...oops :(

When I get to go back and "save Teshin" I have to kill the Queen's guards...OOPS!

Two hits from them and dead.

Now I am stuck in an endless loop....

Login to game...straight to the fight

Die five times and revive then fail mission...back to ship???...nope straight back to the fight!!!

HELP!!!!

You must not fight them with your Warframe but your Operator (tap 5 to use operator mode). It's easy to take them down once they're disarmed. When you use your Warframe, try rolling instead of blocking ; it's way more effective to avoid taking damage.

First, add a spoiler tag to the title of your post here.

Don't fight them as your warframe, fight them as the operator: hit them with a void blast then dash into them.  After dashing into them they are vulnerable to damage and you should be able to kill them while they are stunned.
