Rivens need to have a limit on stats

Why can they roll with -100% damage?

Why can they roll with broken stats, like negative flight speed, which stops projectiles from moving at all?

It's silly. There needs to be a set limit to what they can roll so they don't break completely.

good luck getting them to part with that specific RNG. RNG stats is specifically what makes the largest difference in the plat prices people are going through the roof with

That just makes me picture a bunch of infested come charging through a door into a waiting cloud of projectiles.

I could see how you could use that to break both the rendering system and some defenses/mobile defenses.
