What's up with these premium skins?

All of the Deluxe-skins are done by the same artist just like others have already stated, and DE has stated in a quite recent livestream as well. For Loki and Trinity I only use those skins now.

Rhino's takes up one of the 3 slots on both my Rhino and Rhino Prime. 
- the other slot being the Rubedo Skin and Graxx Skin 1 each again on each of them.

Ash not being out yet it's hard to say but until HitsuSans skin comes out and claim at least one slot I'll probably be using the Deluxe for all 3 options on him too.
- which will probably remain especially true if the Prime Parts bork Hitsu's skin as they tend to do with the Tennogen stuff =p

I like it so much I'd like to see most all the Frames be able to rock this aesthetic. It's really cool style to have in Warframe, IMO.
