The War Within bring the possibilty to control you Operator in mission. It's a really good adition but a lot of players complain about how useless they are (exept for killing Juggernaut and Sentients) and wanted a way to custom and uprade their powers.
That what I'm bringing with some changes on base Operator gameplay, a new skill tree to custom it and a new test room needing yours Operator skills, including transference.

I also want to precise my idea need a lot of work (especially on  powers and differents Golden Beasts), so if you have any idea to complete what is missing or replace existing content with something better, do not hesitate to post on comment.

                    Base Operator changes :
First, give them a bit more mobility by allowing them to roll (with [Sprint/Roll] button). To force players to use it tactically instead just spamming to "run faster", this should be linked to a stamina bar regenerating slowely.

I also propose to increase the base energy pool but totally remove the energy recover over time. This change allow you to use more powers before total deplation but also introduce a new way more in control of the player to restore energy.
With the new system, you now will have to charge your power by holding [5th power] button. When you are holding the button, you cant move and energy per second is depending on the distance between you and your Warframe. This force player to stay next to his warframe and protect it whil fighting instead just hide it on a safe location before using his Operator.

                    Operator focus skill tree :
This skill tree will allow you to increase your base stats depending on your Focus school bu also to custom your powers with different changes based on each Focus school theme.
To upgrade it, you will need Focus points but also the new Transference skill points obtains on Orokin ruins (explain further).

For each skill tree, you wil have :
-5 base stats increase differently depeding on you Focus school with one higher and one lower than others (Health, Energy pool, Health regen, Damages, Movement speed).
-A passive for each power depending on your Focus school.
-An active for each power when you hit an enemy or ally.

                    Orokin ruins :
Orokin ruins are a new structure appearing very rarely on non-endless mission on planet tileset only, including Earth forest, Mars desert, Pluton snow mountain, Lua and maybe the Void/Orokin derelict (not other places for obvious reason).

Theses ruins are really similar to the orokin place on the mountain of The War Within and need some reflexion like Lua tests but only allow you yo use your Operator (we can explain it with an orokin jammer or something else that block the transference).

Theses ruins should require you to think and use all your powers, including transference to control different Golden beasts (like the Golden Maw) to solve complexe challenges.

At the end, you will be rewarded by a Transference skill point, to unlock new capacity on your skill tree.

                    Golden Beasts transformation :
I dont really know how to introduce that because we already have 3 differents modes (Warframe, Focus, Operator) and add a 4th will probably be to much and the idea is not really clear. To be honest, I started to have some idea and construct this theard since one week and had the idea of controling controling Golden beast only when started to right it down today.

The general idea is to introduce a mode that allow you to control a powerful Golden Beast for a short period with a long cooldown depeding on your focus school.

Currenlty, I only reflected on what animal they will be based and a little bit on their design and main abilities (But they just fit with the Focus theme).
-Naramon : Golden Deer, based on crowd control and hide allies next to him.
-Zenurik : ???
-Unairu : Golden Snake (Maw ?), really tanky and petrify enemis.
-Vazarin : Golden Medusa, stun enemis with (electric ?) tentacles and give their health to allies around.
-Madurai : Golden Phoenix, moving really fast and deal massive fire damages.

This is interesting concept but...

That would take a lot of time.

The 'Golden Beasts' seem a little overpowered..

But overall, it's neat!

Well, a properly played Focus ability is pretty overpowered in its' own right, what with some of them dealing thousands of damage per second on anything in their way.

I'm personally of the opinion that having two different operator modes is unwieldy, and they should be merged together.

Heck, perhaps operators should get their own mission types, that can cater better to the different playstyle.

I think, this might be the way DE is going we hope, then maybe they would make something like this posts idea.
