0 GrandMAsterDan Posted December 1, 2016 Share Posted December 1, 2016 If you do not have Saturn or Ceres unlocked, you can also get Orokin Cells from defeating any boss, though in my experience the drop chance is slim unless you're fighting Sargas Ruk (the boss on saturn) or Lech Krill+Captain Vor (dual boss on ceres). Occasionally rare resources (like orokin cells) are also offered as rewards for completing Alerts and Invasions, though both require you to be on at the right time. 0 ultragen Posted December 1, 2016 Share Posted December 1, 2016 (edited) Your best option at lower levels would be Ceres as mentioned above. Try to work your way towards the dual boss and the dark sectors. The dual boss almost consistently gives an orokin cell. The rest of the nodes in Ceres give Orokin Cells as drop (big boxes and lockers have better chances of dropping) and also have cell arrays that can give 1-2 cells each (but you will have to be lucky to find them). Once you reach dark sectors, try to find a nekros or a hydroid to help you farm. A bit of patience and you will be at 100 cells in no time...
