Constant FREEZING!

Ever since the war within came out any time id try to play with other people id get massive lag spikes and my game would freeze for up to 20 or more seconds
Now its not my internet  as you can see on speedtest http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5882954708
i have beyond good enough hardware, processer has 4.3 ghz 4 core, 12 gigs of ram , i use a 384 bit card and yet...the game keeps god damn locking up, and i even tried disabling the new volumetric lighting and it STILL Does it , youd think the american servers would be the best ones but holy crap is it bad anymore, and its only happening with warframe so you guys need to check the servers or something..i seriously dont know what to do because now i cant even play because of this crap

I guess it's because of the high amount of Frost users.

Warframe has no servers in the misisions, mission get hosted by the first player that gets choosen to be host, so its on ther and or your hardware even, not even the connection itsel.

Dude, warframe has servers, what do you think you log into and your data gets saved to? sure the matches are player to player but you still have to be connected to that server, because if it DIDNT have servers youd be using a TCP ip address mode>.>
