How should i build it? To me, the weapon doesnt have any decent stats, but who knows maybe its just a rough diamond. I need to know if its viable on endgame or no...

Also, why its the only weapon with "halberd holster"? It also has other polearm's holster, but other polearms weapons dont have that "halberd holster". Intended or bug?

It's O-K.

Polearms in general are mediocre because of their stances, it's got a strong Slide with Maiming Strike but there's also just better Slide weapons for that.

It's not the only weapon to have that. War uses Heavy Weapon Standard Holster while 2h Axes and 2h Swords have completely different stances. I think they're just double dipping but there could be a legit excuse like clipping.

Not enough status or crit, so just your regular straight damage build. Pressure Point, Body Count are staples. P Fury and P Reach for more speed and range which is always nice. 2 x elementals. Rest can be maiming strike and organ shatter if you want to slide to win or more elementals.
