Agreed. This thread does have a rule to follow game cannon as much as we can right? So it might be best to wait until we know what that game cannon is going to be before we write about it.

On that note, we should probably wrap up this Venefica drama pretty fast so if anyone wants to write about stuff coming out in the upcoming 11.5 update there's room for them in the timeline for them to do so without weird time gaps.

Really? Gyroog coming from Andromeda...you realize, Wrath, that in Game canon there is no contact outside of our SYSTEM so far as we know aside from the Void which counts as a separate dimension. I know this also puts me under scrutinization but in my own defense: Vis (it's easier to refer to the nameless planet this way) is just beyond the Solar Rails, not beyond the System itself.

Fenrik chuckled as he stared at the ceiling for a moment as Faust carried on. 'Pride... the first trial. Of course it would be one of his greatest failings. Malifex had always said he was too prideful at times, just as the Rhino himself had anger and bloodlust problems.' Fenrik shook his head to clear it of the memories swirling inside before resolutely squaring his shoulders and heading down after Faust. He soon reached the same room Faust was in and saw the paintings. Fenrik gazed at them, admiration in his eyes as he saw the acts depicted. "Arrogant... too prideful by far. Overestimating himself and his abilities all the time." Fenrik blinked in surprise as he took heard the voices tear into him. "Getting others killed by his own mistakes. Ruining lives because of his egotistical decisions..." THAT hit a sore spot and his gaze hardened as he looked for the source of the whispers.

Alright, here's a little bit to wrap up the Venefica thing. I hope it's ok. Spikey, if I did anything wrong with your character, just let me know and I'll fix it. Sorry in advance if it's not the best thing ever....

She felt the gravity in the room increase, pulling those in the area toward the floor with invisible hands, but Acantha held her ground. She stood a little distance away from her opponent, poised, waiting on the other Tenno to make the first move. After all, she had nowhere to go, pinned as she was between Acantha and the Shade.

Almost immediately a voice came over the PA, “Sis, stop this right now. Don't let Venefica take you again. I don't want another incident like what happened to your last boyfriend. That would be messy." He paused, and seemed to be forcing himself to continue speaking. "If you don't... I will have to enact Protocol Saga Venatione. I don't want to kill my own sister. Go to my ship in the hanger if you don't want to die."

The PA system clicked off, and the hall was silent, the figures in the passage standing frozen. Venefica was the first to move. With a disgusted growl she stalked down the corridor, the increased gravity slowing her down, and pushed past the Sentinel.

“Shoot me and you die,” she snarled at it, her eyes flashing dangerously.

Acantha followed her, her instincts and training giving her no signals to harass the Nyx so long as she made no threatening moves. The walk was long under the increased gravity, but uneventful. The rogue Tenno went straight for the hangar, without stops, detours, or comment, with Acantha and the Shade as her silent escort.

Acantha didn’t relax until Venefica was aboard an unfamiliar Tenno’s ship, having met up with him midway into the hangar. When the ship pulled out, she felt the gravity in the room return to normal, and she knew the chaos was over. With a sigh, she holstered her weapon, looking at the strange Sentinel that had accompanied her during the last half of the tense situation. She’d sworn she’d heard it talk, but Sentinels weren’t sentient, they were just machines. Then again, normally they didn’t go wandering around without the Tenno they belonged to either, let alone getting into fights by themselves.

Removing her helmet, she eyed it curiously, and warily, before giving it a respectful nod, feeling a little foolish for doing so.

“I certainly hope this means that the excitement in this dojo is over for awhile…” she said musingly, staring out of the airlock after the ship that had carried the rogue Tenno away, “I think all of us, those in the clan or not, would be happy to have a little peace and quiet for awhile. That’s what I originally came here for, after all…”

Behind Acantha, silent as the grave stood Ghost, having moved behind them as an extra escort, her psychic field shielding her from detection. Though Veneficia would have known she was following them. The blue and red Nyx watched the ship go until it had completed left sight before turning and heading to the training room. She needed to try out some new ideas after all, and what better way than the test dum- She meant Initiates that gathered there to practice.
