Same with me usually my ticket is answered within the first week (this is when there wasnt any hoilday going on) but the longest it has ever taken for me is also around 2 weeks. I've waited up to 3 days for plat reimbursement which is pretty quick imo. 2 days doesn't seem outrageous given the time of year, just be patient.
