How long does support take these days?

I made an oopsy in a purchase of the frost deluxe skin and in order to get the sword i had to buy the pack. I thought the price would have gone down but i found out after i paid full price for a second skin and sword. Its been 3 days since i made the ticket.

(But they answered me to a ticket open at the same time about other problem)
