How to mute Teshin during Conclave?

I don't mind these PvP tac alerts, but I seriously cannot stand Teshin talking. Even when he's praising me I want that weak mincing pansy-[MATERNAL INSULTS REDACTED] to [SUGGESTIONS TO DO ANATOMICALLY IMPOSSIBLE ACTS REDACTED]. Getting a chance to beat his face in was by far the best part of War Within, and I hope the option comes back in the next quest

Anyway, where was I?...

Oh yeah, which of the audio options in the settings menu makes him stuff it? Is it "Transmissions Volume"?

Honestly I wish we could mute ALL announcers

Kela / nef anyo / the other one from the index, they all drive me crazy and they're annoying

Sadly I believe Vol's broadcasts are attached to map objects, unlike Lotus/Teshin/Ordis which are HUD-based

I don't know the reason behind this, and maybe it doesn't work exactly as intended, but I'm pretty sure it is intended, if that makes any sense.

Teshin talking down to you because he's one of those obnoxious "when I was your age" guys (before anyone asks, no, I'm not siding with the Zariman kid's whiny "stop calling me a kid" schpeel; Tenno a bunch of trained professional mercenaries, we provably don't need Teshin to talk down to us) is probably intended, yes
