0 egregiousRac
There isn't anything to explain currently, it's just a backburner project experimenting with game balance. Nothing has come of it so far. Edited February 7, 2017 by egregiousRac
0 Schregger
Basically a four point plan to change warframe's combat. 1) Adjusting the power or weapons and warframes (buffs and nerfs where needed) 2) Removal of weapon mods that are considered "Must Haves" Like Serration, Hornet Strike, Point Blank, and pressure point. 3) Adjusting of enemy leveling and armor, so as to not making them so ridiculously tanky at high levels. There was a forth point, but I cant remember what it was. Basically the idea is to change the Meta so instead of players using a select few weapons/frames/mods to handle high level content, to instead promote greater diversity of weapon and warframe usage in high level play. In layman terms, all those weapons that you wouldnt use for anything other than Mastery Fodder, will actually be viable. Instead of having everyone show up with the same few warframes, you have people showing up in Banshee and Atlas... maybe... And instead of having half your mod slots saved for the mandatory straight damage increasing mods, you can actually experiment with different mods. Great idea, but its basically ripping up the foundation to rebuild it, and DE doesnt want to deal with the fallout, so instead release band-aids like Riven mods to try and fix it. They also aren't touching mandatory mods. It was stated in a recent devstream. Edited February 8, 2017 by PoisonHD
