So all my time i have my focus lens ive been putting focus into  void pulse (zenurik) i just realised that isnt to store your focus so i cant get more abilities is there a way to take out the focus? i have 45k of it on there and 60k on my unairu one to :/

Nope, once it's spent that's it I'm pretty sure there's some sort of warning when you confirm so I don't know why you'd think you need to manually store what you already have.

You could still use the gear with those focus lens, and gather more focus the next day however just fine.

Don't worry, it's fine boosting up the main Focus ability. You can continue to grind Focus if you have the right lenses on the gear you are using.

It can be quite useful trapping enemies, giving you and the team some breathing room every now and then.
