There are different kinds of doors: 1. The Main Door. You have to hit the switch, the door opens and the Counter starts immediately because it's a sortie mission. 2. Cell Door. There are always 2 side entrances like shown in one of the posts. 3. Hostage Door. Has to be hacked w/o ciphers. There is no way to get to the cell area without triggering the alarms in sortie missions Even in your linked Lua Video you can clearly see the Counter starting after Brozime opened the Main Door. The rest is just like we are saying: Use one of the 2 side entrances.
