How do you remove the Cyst on the neck of a warframe?

And it looks like there's some type infection in my ship. Is there any way to remove that too?

Since Your first question has been answered already, I'll explain/give you more insight to why that Infested on the ship is there.

Once you finish all of the main quests for warframe it will explain a lot more of the lore behind warframes, orokin, etc. One of the things that is explained but not to a great extent is why that infestation is there on your ship. 

Play through the glast gambit and try to farm for Nidus to find out more.

As for the cyst, you'll have to wait until it's fully grown - indicated by a hair/tentacle growing out of it, 7 days at the most - and once you do, you'll have access to the infested room. In that room, there will be a chair you can use to remove the cyst.

Oh, and the room itself is a "necessary evil" - don't worry too much about it.

You have two options of what to do with this Cyst.

You can drain it to create a new Infested Kubrow pet, though it will grow back.

You can permanently remove it by heading into the Infested Room once it has reached full growth, notable by a hair growing out of it. Be aware they intend to add more to the cyst beyond just the Infested Kubrow function, so it's still recommended to keep the Cyst on at least one Warframe to not lose the ability to use it.
