Trade items and got norhing

I did a trade with someone and had platinum payed for said trade.. When i went to check platinum there was nothing there yet it said there was platinum payed for item.. Anyone able to answer why u didn't get the platinum from said trade?

Are you sure he didn't change his offer at the last minute? Some do this in order to scam other people and take things by not giving what they supposed to.

On Xbox One (and PS4) you can always press the share to capture the past 15 minutes or so in order to check yourself what actually happened.

My advise is that you ALWAYS check the other player's offer BEFORE you accept it. DE made a series of changes in trading system in order to avoid scamming but still some players are not paying attention to their trades, are in a hurry or something and scammers are still finding victims to do their "tricks".

if they change what was accepted you have to hit accept again. not sure how it still happens other than people clicking accept without reading what the trade is.

When I get you right, you say, that the other played did trade plat for, but you didn't receive them. If so, write a support ticket
