How to scan simaris targets?

Hey, I just tried scanning a Corrupted Bombard, which is my Simaris target right now and appearently there is more than just scanning. I tried using a trap which didn´t do anything so I am asking now here, how does this work? first time i am trying.

you need synthesis scanner and siphon trap from simaris to do it .

And its not regular target you must find one in the map where simaris tells you "there is a sinthesis target tenno .blabla bla.

you must use the sinthesis scanner to track down the creature.

I dont know what personal space is" ... that kinda thing,

then track the specific bombard with the scanner you will see lines pointing in direction to find it while using the scanner.

It can't be just any corrupted bombard, when you enter a mission, Simaris will mention that a target is on the map, and track it down with your scanner (little flowing particle effects will lead the way).

The target you will need to scan will have a blue aura overlay to them, and when you use the scanner there will be several glowing orbs in their body you need to scan specifically. When you start scanning them or they detect you they will activate a unique ability (rather like capture targets) to try and confuse you. Using a CC frame or the siphon traps makes slowing/stopping them for scanning incredibly easy. Also getting the upgrade for your synth scanner that speeds up the scanning process helps a lot.
